We seek a dedicated Registered Nurse for our Hemodialysis Unit within the Nephrology Program at Humber River Health. You will engage actively with patients, support chronic disease management, and integrate care throughout their kidney treatment pathway. This position is temporary full-time until August 2026 with a focus on patient education and collaboration with our multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver comprehensive care to hemodialysis patients
• Develop and communicate patient-centered care plans
• Educate patients and provide follow-up support
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Ensure safety and quality standards in care delivery
Requirements:
• Current RN registration in Ontario
• Minimum one year of acute care experience
• Nephrology or Hemodialysis experience preferred
• BScN or commitment to nephrology education
• Strong patient assessment and interpersonal skills
