Humber River Health seeks a passionate Registered Nurse for its Withdrawal Management Program. This part-time position focuses on complex concurrent disorder patients and involves assessment, treatment, and discharge planning. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide intake support and foster connections within the mental health community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments for concurrent disorder patients

• Offer individual counseling and group psychoeducation

• Facilitate collaboration with the care team

• Build relationships with community partners

• Provide nursing coverage as needed across clinics

Requirements:

• Current CNO registration and BCLS certification

• Two years’ mental health and addictions experience

• Certificate in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing preferred

• Training in managing withdrawal and concurrent disorders

• Knowledge of the Mental Health Act
