The Registered Nurse (RN) at K2W will engage in the total care of patients with diverse medical needs. With a strong focus on Patient-Focused Care, you will collaborate closely with a team dedicated to excellent patient outcomes. Your experience in complex medical cases and strong assessment skills are vital for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and implement personalized care plans
• Administer treatments for dialysis, palliative, and oncological patients
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care
• Maintain accurate documentation regarding patient health
• Utilize strong communication skills with patients and families
Requirements:
• Current Ontario Registration as a Nurse
• B.C.L.S. certification and gentle persuasive approach preferred
• Experience in dialysis and oncology care
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Proven physical assessment and teamwork capabilities
