Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, deliver, and evaluate nursing interventions and medications

• Provide client-centered care within a healthcare team

• Collaborate with Registered Nurse on individualized care plans

Requirements:

• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Valid Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Level C

• Experience with dementia or cognitive impairment clients

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Basic computer skills in Meditech and MS Office preferred
