Integracare is seeking certified RPNs passionate about enhancing the well-being of clients. You will advocate for clients’ needs, monitor their conditions, and ensure their privacy and dignity while delivering nursing care. Additionally, you will administer medication and liaise with physicians to ensure comprehensive care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide companionship and stimulation to clients
• Monitor and report changes in clients' conditions
• Advocate for the needs of each client
• Administer medication and wound care as required
• Deliver nursing care according to care plans
Requirements:
• Licensed and in good standing with CNO
• Preferred experience in community home care
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Dementia care education and experience are preferred
• Available for part-time, casual shifts
