Carecor is seeking a dedicated RPN to support long-term care homes with administration and patient education. You will work closely with physicians and nursing staff, providing high-quality clinical assistance. Key Responsibilities:

• Support physicians in specialty clinics at LTC homes

• Assist with patient assessments and medication preparation

• Set up and clean clinic equipment and resident rooms

• Track medical supplies and clinic materials

• Coordinate with LTC staff and pharmacy for logistics

• Provide education to residents and staff

• Complete documentation and follow infection control procedures

Requirements:

• Current registration as an RPN or RN

• Preferred experience in long-term care

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Caring, patient-first approach

• Ability to travel daily for clinic locations
