In this pivotal role, you will support the Surgical Suite and Ambulatory services, focusing on procedural assistance and surgical patient care. Bring 2-4 years of acute care experience and a strong understanding of both pre and post-surgical protocols. Your contributions will enhance care coordination and patient flow in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate care planning in the Surgical Environment
• Assist in surgical procedures with scrubbing and circulating duties
• Monitor and support patients pre and post-surgery
• Participate in unit quality initiatives and measurements
• Engage in educational opportunities for professional growth
Requirements:
• Current Certificate of Registration from CNO
• Peri-Anesthesia Course Certificate within the last year
• 2-4 years acute care experience in Surgery
• Ability to lift and stand for extended periods
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate
