This temporary full-time role at the Humber River Health, Church site, offers an opportunity for experienced RNs. You will manage all aspects of patient care for those undergoing hemodialysis while coordinating plans with a multidisciplinary team. Ideal for individuals with two years of acute care and hemodialysis experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive care for hemodialysis patients
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team for patient care
• Ensure timely updates to care plans and team communications
• Monitor patient progress and manage emergency situations
Requirements:
• Current RN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Two years of acute Medical/Surgical experience
• Minimum two years recent Hemodialysis experience
• BScN preferred and nephrology certification commitment
• Demonstrated strong assessment and communication skills
