Become a vital part of Baycrest Hospital's Complex Continuing Care team as a Part-Time Registered Nurse. Deliver compassionate care to older adults with complex medical conditions in a supportive environment.
At Baycrest Hospital, we are seeking a Temporary Part-Time Registered Nurse in our Complex Continuing Care Unit. You will provide high-quality, client-centred health services for medically complex patients and their families. This role demands solid clinical knowledge and assessment skills while collaborating within an interdisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive health care services throughout patient care
• Deliver and evaluate nursing interventions, including medication management
• Address personal care, activation, and spiritual needs of clients
• Actively participate in teaching programs for nursing students
Requirements:
• Current CNO registration in good standing
• BCLS Level C certificate required
• Experience with geriatrics and complex medical needs preferred
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills
• Basic Meditech and Microsoft Office skills preferred
Support older patients in achieving their health goals as a Registered Nurse at Baycrest.
