Your role encompasses liaising with medical professionals, monitoring resident health changes, and ensuring accurate documentation in compliance with standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Director of Care on policy implementation

• Communicate clearly with physicians regarding resident health

• Direct and supervise nursing staff activities

• Review and process physician orders efficiently

• Administer timely medications and first aid as needed

Requirements:

• Valid Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

• Comprehensive understanding of healthcare legislation

• Experience in rehabilitation or geriatric nursing

• Active registration with the provincial nursing body

• Proven ability to document and manage care plans
