Become the Clinical Nurse Lead for Toronto Metropolitan University’s Connected Care Team, dedicated to enhancing health outcomes for transgender and non-binary students. Engage in impactful health services that promote inclusive wellbeing.
The successful candidate will have extensive clinical experience and knowledge in mental health care while working collaboratively within the Student Integrated Health and Wellbeing department. Your focus will be on providing essential physical and mental health services, fostering an inclusive environment for 2
SLGBTQ+ students. You'll also play a vital role in program development and evaluation to address health inequities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver holistic clinical care tailored to student needs
• Collaborate with faculty and interdisciplinary teams
• Implement group and one-on-one wellbeing programs
• Assess and enhance health service delivery
• Participate in co-design of wellness initiatives
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
• Five years of related clinical experience
• Valid nursing license from College of Nurses of Ontario
• Experience in interprofessional care settings
• Strong interpersonal and evaluative skills
