As a Nurse Practitioner at Carefirst, you will engage collaboratively in comprehensive geriatric assessments and provide direct client care to support seniors living s full-time or part-time position is ideal for individuals with 3-5 years of relevant clinical experience, especially in community healthcare.

Your role will encompass wellness care, diagnostic procedures, and coordinated patient management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct client interviews and physical examinations

• Order necessary diagnostic tests within scope

• Review comprehensive health data for clients

• Provide health promotion and client safety care

• Ensure adherence to professional nursing standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent

• Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• 3-5 years clinical experience in healthcare

• Ability to coordinate with interdisciplinary teams

• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
