Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient-oriented, planned nursing care

• Develop and assess care plans tailored to individual needs

• Maintain clinical assessments and necessary documentation

• Provide guidance to unregulated care staff and offer coaching

• Communicate changes and collaborate with the entire care team

Requirements:

• Registered Practical Nurse registration in the applicable province

• Demonstrated clinical knowledge in geriatric care

• Experience working directly with seniors preferred

• Strong critical thinking and organizational skills

• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certification
