In this role, you’ll actively support nursing staff by identifying educational needs and collaborating with nursing leaders. You will integrate evidence-based practices while leading educational programs that foster professional growth. The position involves mentoring students and contributing to research to elevate nursing standards and patient quality of care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and promote best clinical practices for patient care
• Lead patient-centred care initiatives across nursing teams
• Identify educational needs for the Patient Care team
• Conduct and integrate multidisciplinary research projects
Requirements:
• Graduate degree in Nursing or related field preferred
• 5 years recent clinical experience
• Current Ontario Certificate of Competence
• BCLS and ACLS certification required
• Strong leadership and teaching abilities
