In this full-time permanent role, you will lead evidence-based initiatives, focusing on wound management and patient education. Your expertise will guide clinical consultations and support for staff, patients, and families. Work closely with teams within Baycrest and the Apotex Long-Term Care Home to advocate for effective healthcare and strategic program direction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead wound care program design and implementation

• Provide expert guidance for complex patient cases

• Develop educational initiatives for staff and clinical champions

• Review and maintain regulatory-compliant care policies

• Drive quality improvement initiatives in wound care

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with CNO in good standing

• Minimum 5 years clinical experience in geriatrics

• 2 years in wound care management

• Relevant wound care certifications required

• Strong leadership and analytical skills
