Position: Registered Practical Nurse - Surgical Team Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer perioperative patient care

• Participate actively as a scrub nurse

• Ensure patient safety during all surgical practices

• Contribute to educational opportunities in the department

• Advocate for best practices within the surgical program

Requirements:

• Diploma as a Registered Practical Nurse

• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Post RPN Perioperative Certification

• Three years of surgical experience required

• Strong communication and teaching abilities
