The 6E Unit is committed to providing long-term care for older adults, helping them navigate their health challenges through expert nursing intervention. In this role, you'll demonstrate your clinical expertise and work as part of an interdisciplinary team to create and implement patient-centered care strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide sound clinical knowledge and assessments
• Deliver and evaluate nursing interventions effectively
• Work with a team to meet the personal care needs of clients
• Participate in the educational development of nursing staff and students
Requirements:
• Valid registration from the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Current BCLS Level C certificate required
• BScN preferred
• Experience in palliative care and mental health an asset
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
