INTEGRAcare is seeking a dedicated Weekend On Call Nurse to provide exceptional care and support. This part-time role requires strong communication skills and will focus on client and caregiver coordination.

As an On Call Nurse, your primary responsibility will be managing care schedules while ensuring the dignity and independence of clients 'll work closely with a multidisciplinary team and guide caregivers to deliver high-quality patient care. This role is pivotal in maintaining effective communication and scheduling, while also supporting client families with timely updates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule caregivers for optimal client care

• Coach caregivers to ensure quality care delivery

• Communicate schedule changes to clients and families

• Match caregivers with clients effectively

• Document all client and caregiver information promptly

Requirements:

• Valid CNO Registration in good standing

• Availability on weekends and statutory holidays

• Strong attention to detail and communication skills

• Ability to work independently
