Key Responsibilities:

• Model clinical skills excellence for staff

• Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives

• Conduct needs assessments for training programs

• Manage compliance with professional standards

• Develop policies and guidelines in collaboration with stakeholders
Requirements:

• RN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• BScN and Master’s in Nursing or related field required

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Hemodialysis

• Membership in Canadian Association of Nephrology Nurses required

• Strong project management experience preferred
