As a full-time Clinical Practice Leader, you will collaborate directly with the Program Director and interprofessional teams to ensure excellence in patient outcomes.
Your role will include developing continuous education frameworks and supporting staff in adopting best practices. This position also emphasizes strong clinical leadership in neonatal care delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and address NICU practice and program needs
• Conduct learning assessments and design educational initiatives
• Facilitate high-performing interdisciplinary teams
• Lead onboarding and competency training for NICU staff
• Collaborate on quality improvement and performance audits
Requirements:
• Current RN registration with College of Nurses of Ontario
• Minimum 3-5 years NICU clinical experience
• BScN required;
Master’s preferred
• Strong team facilitation and change management skills
• Commitment to service excellence and equity
