Humber River Health is seeking a temporary full-time Registered Nurse for its Hemodialysis Unit. This role involves focused patient care and support in a time-sensitive setting.
Your primary responsibilities include delivering patient-centered care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. You will provide essential education for hemodialysis patients and manage care plans while ensuring all updates are promptly communicated. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead care for patients receiving hemodialysis
• Deliver patient education and support

Requirements:
• Active RN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• At least one year of acute care experience
• Preferred experience in Nephrology or Hemodialysis
• Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities
• Skilled in managing a high-demand, dynamic workload
