In this community nursing position, you will provide care for patients of varying complexities. With support from RNs for complex cases, you will engage in scheduled visits to help patients maintain their comfort aMed values work-life balance, allowing you to practice your clinical skills while enjoying flexible scheduling options.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct scheduled patient visits within your scope of practice
• Provide ethical and safe nursing care in various settings
• Assess patient needs using appropriate tools and techniques
• Monitor and adjust care plans based on patient feedback
• Update and maintain professional patient records systematically
Requirements:
• Registered Practical Nurse with CNO in good standing
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
• Experience in community care is highly favored
• Flexibility to travel to patient residences
• Willingness to provide on-call coverage after hours
