This full-time position involves working with clients exhibiting varying cognitive impairments, ensuring they receive optimal care on the Cognitive Support Unit. In partnership with the Registered Nurse, you will provide essential health services and create personalized care plans to enhance patient well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with RN for comprehensive health services
• Evaluate and deliver nursing interventions
• Perform regular client assessments for tailored care
• Contribute to developing care plans with RNs
• Support the personal, recreational, and spiritual needs of clients
Requirements:
• Registration in good standing with CNO
• BCLS Level C and AED certification required
• Experience in Long-Term Care preferred
• Background in psychogeriatric assessment is advantageous
• Proficient in communication and problem-solving skills
