Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out detailed care assessments upon patient arrival

• Collaborate on care planning and implementation

• Provide educational resources and support to patients

• Assist with discharge planning to ensure seamless transitions

• Keep accurate and up-to-date patient records

Requirements:

• Valid College of Nurses Registration Certificate

• 2–3 years of relevant medical/nursing experience

• Current BLS certification and IV Therapy expertise

• Excellent assessment abilities and critical thinking skills

• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively
