This position as a Registered Nurse requires you to engage with diverse populations, including the frail elderly and stroke victims. Utilizing evidence-based interventions, you will work alongside physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care strategies. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide family-centered patient education and care

• Organize and adjust nursing activities as needed

• Establish therapeutic relationships with patients

• Document assessments and care provision accurately

• Coordinate care with health disciplines and families

Requirements:

• Valid General Class Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Two years of acute care nursing experience required

• CPR or BLS certification mandatory

• Proven team collaboration experience

• Excellent time management and organizational skills
