Herc Rentals seeks an Occupational Health Nurse to strengthen its field medical support. This role involves close cooperation with the Risk Department to effectively mitigate workers' compensation claims and injuries. You'll assess work-related incidents and coordinate healthcare services, acting as a clinical resource for employees and management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Risk Department on injury claims management

• Develop health and safety initiatives with Safety Department

• Provide timely healthcare services for occupational incidents

• Guide employee safety and injury management processes

• Support Return to Work Program with HR and management

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse license required

• Experience in occupational health or workers' compensation preferred

• Valid G driver's license required

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to manage sensitive information professionally
