Systemic Therapy Registered Nurse at UHN

Become a key member of the Systemic Therapy team at Princess Margaret Cancer Care as a Registered Nurse. In this part-time role, you will provide compassionate care using your nursing expertise.

This permanent part-time position requires a Registered Nurse with current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario and ideally a Bachelor's degree in Nursing. You will apply nursing knowledge, ensure ethical practice, and engage in continuing education. As a vital member of a multidisciplinary team, you will also employ strong communication and patient education skills while interacting with patients and families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate nursing care aligned with UHN standards

• Ensure compliance with nursing practice and ethical guidelines

• Participate in continuous education and reflective practice

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams

• Administer IV medications and manage patient care plans

Requirements:

• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Previous oncology experience is necessary

• Excellent IV skills and strong assessment capabilities

• B.C.L.S. and C.P.R. certified

• Leadership and independent decision-making abilities
