In this rewarding role, you will engage with children and their families, delivering exceptional nursing care. You’ll be responsible for managing G/GJ tubes, administering medications, and ensuring documentation meets CNO standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide G/GJ tube care and management
• Administer and document prescribed medications
• Monitor and maintain child’s medical records
• Assist with personal care and daily living activities
• Offer emotional and social support to children and families
Requirements:
• Licensed with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Experience with pediatric clients
• Current Basic Life Support certification
• Vulnerable Sector Check completed recently
• Professional Liability Insurance
