Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and implement personalized nursing interventions
• Engage in interdisciplinary goals to support patient well-being
• Revise care plans in collaboration with registered nursing staff
Requirements:
• Valid registration with College of Nurses of Ontario
• Level C BCLS certification required
• Preferred experience in geriatrics and complex conditions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer skills in Meditech and Microsoft tools preferred
