In-Home Assisted Living Inc. is actively hiring compassionate Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs) for one-on-one client care. This role requires a commitment to delivering safe and high-quality nursing services while maintaining flexibility for weekdays, evenings, and weekends. Responsibilities encompass nursing care, emotional support, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide skilled nursing care within RPN scope
• Administer medications and perform wound care
• Monitor vital signs and document observations
• Assist clients with personal care and mobility
• Build rapport and provide emotional support
Requirements:
• Current RPN license with CNO
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience
• CPR/First Aid certification
• Experience in tracheal suctioning
• Strong assessment and communication skills
