Position: RPN for Inpatient Nephrology and Urology
Join Unity Health Toronto as a Registered Practical Nurse focused on Nephrology and Urology in an inpatient setting. This role emphasizes advocacy and wellness in a vibrant hospital atmosphere.

As a member of the Transplant/Nephrology/Urology unit's inter-professional team, you'll be responsible for providing ethical and quality patient care that meets Ontario's nursing standards.

Your role involves developing care plans and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patient care and learning needs

• Develop and implement individualized care plans

• Collaborate with care team members

• Monitor and act on patient health changes

• Provide effective health education to patients

Requirements:

• Diploma in Practical Nursing with current registration

• Experience in inpatient care within the last two years

• Familiarity with renal and diabetic patient care

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Willingness to work all shifts including weekends
