As a Registered Nurse at SE Health, your role is essential in delivering community-focused patient care. Key Responsibilities:
• Complete detailed assessments and develop care plans
• Be the primary provider and point of care for assigned clients

• Participate in continuous improvement of care practices
Requirements:
• Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Canadian Nurses Association certification preferred
• CPR certification and valid driver’s license required
• Must be available for various shifts, including weekends
• Physical ability to perform required nursing tasks
