Join Humber River Health as a full-time Clinical Practice Leader in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, where you can influence maternal and child healthcare through mentorship and program leadership.
In this pivotal role, you will partner with the Program Director to enhance NICU services through effective education and training initiatives. Your focus will be on continuous professional development and high-quality patient care, leveraging your clinical expertise to optimize outcomes. This position also includes change management strategies and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify NICU practice needs with management
• Provide guidance in neonatal clinical practices
• Lead clinical orientation and ongoing training
• Design education programs based on best practices
• Support the implementation of care standards
Requirements:
• Must have RN registration with CNO
• BScN is essential;
Master’s degree preferred
• NICU experience of 3–5 years
• Required NRP Certification
• Proven ability in clinical education evaluation
