Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and prioritize patient and family needs

• Develop and continuously reassess care plans

Requirements:

• Active registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Current CPR certification by Heart and Stroke Foundation

• Diploma in Practical Nursing required

• 6-12 months of acute care nursing experience preferred

• Excellent critical-thinking and teamwork skills
