This role offers a unique opportunity to lead APP teams and shape quality care metrics.

As the APP Manager, you will take on essential administrative and clinical leadership responsibilities for Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists. Your focus will be on ensuring that APPs meet compliance and quality benchmarks while championing innovative cost-saving practices. Effective collaboration with the Director of Advanced Practice is key to enhancing the work environment for all advanced practitioners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage performance of APP staff

• Conduct interviews, onboarding, and training of personnel

• Evaluate and report on APP care outcomes

• Ensure adherence to state and federal regulations

• Promote initiatives that enhance APP working conditions

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Nursing or related field

• 5 years of experience as an advanced practice provider

• Prior management experience is a plus

• Strong capability in communication and team-building

• Open to participating in clinical practice
