Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate care activities with the senior management team
• Review Point Click Care documentation diligently
• Audit resident care plans quarterly for accuracy
• Ensure resident concerns are addressed appropriately
• Work with nursing teams for continuous care evaluation
Requirements:
• Postgraduate training in nursing or geriatric care is preferred
• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Understanding of nursing legislation and care standards
• Proven experience in long-term or rehabilitation care
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
