Position: AgeCare Long-Term Care Management Role
Join Age Care as the Assistant Director of Care, focusing on enhancing resident services at our Long-Term Care residence in North York. Be a key player in ensuring high-quality care and regulatory compliance.

This pivotal role requires collaboration with the senior management team for planning and coordinating resident care. You will audit care plans and documentation while addressing resident feedback promptly. Experience in geriatric nursing is crucial, along with knowledge of related provincial and federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate care activities with the senior management team

• Review Point Click Care documentation diligently

• Audit resident care plans quarterly for accuracy

• Ensure resident concerns are addressed appropriately

• Work with nursing teams for continuous care evaluation

Requirements:

• Postgraduate training in nursing or geriatric care is preferred

• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Understanding of nursing legislation and care standards

• Proven experience in long-term or rehabilitation care

• Strong communication and leadership abilities
