Registered Nurse in Internal Medicine Care

As a Registered Nurse with MGH, you will be responsible for nursing care in a patient-centered environment. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, current registration from the College of Nurses of Ontario, and relevant experience in acute medicine. Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate patient needs within the nursing framework

• Implement nursing care plans and coordinate with healthcare teams

• Maintain and assess PICC lines and perform venopuncture

• Participate in patient education programs and quality initiatives

• Contribute to interdisciplinary discussions for optimal patient care

Requirements:

• BScN preferred, with current Ontario nursing registration

• 3-4 years of experience in relevant patient populations

• Excellent organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills

• Strong competence in critical thinking and patient assessment

• Current BCLS certification required
