Registered Nurse - Critical Care Focus

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor cardiovascular patient conditions

• Advocate for patient needs and care preferences

• Participate in quality improvement and nursing councils

• Facilitate teamwork and resolve conflicts within teams

• Document care plans and patient progress accurately

Requirements:

• Registration with the Ontario College of Nurses

• Current BCLS certification; ACLS preferred

• Critical Care Certificate preferred

• ICU & CVICU experience required

• Commitment to continuing education in cardiac care
