Position: CareTO Nurse Practitioner Role

CareTO is looking for two full-time Nurse Practitioners to enhance health outcomes at Lakeshore Lodge and Kipling Acres. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing health conditions, conducting health assessments, and collaborating with the healthcare team. You'll apply critical reasoning to promote health and wellness among residents, ensuring a dignified care experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage acute and chronic medical conditions of residents

• Perform detailed health assessments and physical examinations

• Communicate diagnosis and outcomes effectively

• Order diagnostic investigations in a timely manner

• Collaborate with management to improve clinical practices

Requirements:

• Current registration as a Nurse Practitioner in Ontario

• Proven experience in long-term care environments

• Geriatric Nursing certification or similar

• Valid Basic Life Support certification

• Ability to work collaboratively within diverse teams
