Working within The Path Home – Pine Villa, you will be instrumental in leading nursing practice and guiding a team towards delivering compassionate, client-centered care.
Your role involves conducting assessments, overseeing medication processes, and supervising a dedicated nursing staff. Collaborate with interdisciplinary partners while fostering a supportive environment for residents as they transition to long-term care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough nursing assessments and create care plans
• Oversee daily nursing operations and staff training
• Ensure medication management practices are adhered to
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals
• Provide leadership and support to nursing staff
Requirements:
• Active registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Undergraduate degree in Nursing
• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience in community settings
• Experience working with older adults with complex health issues
• Strong leadership and clinical assessment skills
