Serve the community as a Compassionate Registered Nurse with Humber River Health in Toronto. Focus on high-quality care, patient education, and effective collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

This full-time position in the Schulich Family Medicine Teaching Unit invites experienced RNs who are passionate about patient care and education. With responsibilities including patient assessments, maintaining health records, and adapting best practices, you'll play a vital role in promoting patient health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and care plans

• Collaborate with Family Medicine residents in education

• Educate patients and families about disease management

• Ensure proper documentation according to CNO standards

• Connect patients with community support services

Requirements:

• Registration with the Ontario College of Nurses

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification

• Proven experience in nursing education and assessments

• Strong adaptation skills in fast-paced environments

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
