In this role, you'll work closely with the Resident Care Director to manage care for seniors, particularly those with Alzheimer's. The responsibilities include training CNAs, fostering communication with families, and ensuring a high standard of care. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in directing and developing resident care programs
• Train and manage Certified Nursing Assistants effectively
• Maintain strong communication with families and care providers
• Deliver reliable support for residents’ daily activities
• Cultivate an inclusive environment for staff and residents
Requirements:
• Hold a valid LPN or RN license in Massachusetts
• Minimum of 1 year experience in senior care
• Strong communication skills essential for successful care
• Punctual and reliable in meeting care commitments
• Physical ability to support residents’ mobility needs
