Elevate resident care as the Lead Care Manager at Spring Living in Ontario. This key role focuses on delivering high-quality care, mentoring teams, and ensuring compliance across communities.
As the Regional Manager of Care at Spring Living, you will oversee care services in multiple senior living communities. Your leadership will foster a culture of excellence through support and mentorship of nursing teams. Collaborate closely with your teams to ensure residents receive compassionate, individualized care and adhere to all applicable health regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor care teams across various communities
• Conduct performance evaluations and development plans
• Oversee individualized resident care plans implementation
• Ensure compliance with health and provincial standards
• Promote wellness programs that enhance residents' quality of life
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse in Ontario
• Minimum 2 years in leadership roles
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to respond to emergencies
• Valid Ontario driver's license and travel readiness
