Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive care for hemodialysis patients
• Educate and follow-up with patients on treatment plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance care
• Develop and update individualized care plans
• Manage day/evening shifts at the Church site
Requirements:
• Current RN registration in Ontario
• Minimum two years Hemodialysis experience
• BScN preferred or commitment to ongoing education
• Strong patient assessment and communication skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
