Key Responsibilities:
• Provide basic nursing care in alignment with established standards
• Assist with peripheral IV insertions and vascular care
• Perform pain and symptom assessments in palliative care
• Maintain competence in nursing practices and documentation
• Collaborate within a coordinated care team environment
Requirements:
• Current BLS and Medication Administration certification
• Recent experience in LTC and chronic care
• Knowledge of feeding pumps and tracheal suctioning
• Excellent observational and conflict management skills
• Commitment to workplace safety and psychological health
