The Complex Continuing Care Program at Baycrest focuses on providing patient and family-centered care for older individuals facing complex health issues. As a Registered Nurse, you will utilize your assessment and clinical expertise to improve quality of life through personalized care. This position is temporary part-time, offering shifts during the day.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and provide quality client and family health care
• Plan and evaluate nursing interventions per RN scope
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for client needs
• Engage in educational programs for nursing personnel
Requirements:
• Valid CNO registration required
• Current BCLS certificate needed
• Preferred BScN degree
• Experience in geriatrics and psycho geriatrics is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
