Key Responsibilities:
• Support integration of evidence-based nursing standards
• Develop educational programs for healthcare providers
• Mentor students and facilitate quality improvement
• Identify research opportunities in cardiac care
Requirements:
• Preferred graduate degree in Nursing
• Minimum 5 years clinical experience required
• Valid College of Nurses of Ontario certification
• Basic and Advanced Cardiac Life Support certificates
• Proven expertise in teaching and adult education
