In this critical nursing position, you will care for acutely ill patients while utilizing advanced medical technologies. Your skills in both invasive and non-invasive monitoring will provide required patient care. Additionally, you will plan patient care and engage with multidisciplinary teams for optimal recovery outcomes. Documenting care accurately is essential for maintaining our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver care for medical and surgical critically ill patients
• Utilize invasive and non-invasive monitoring techniques
• Coordinate patient care with healthcare team members
• Ensure detailed documentation of patient interventions
• Engage in hospital committees and team projects
Requirements:
• RN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Current BCLS; ACLS certification preferred
• 2+ years Critical Care nursing experience
• Critical Care Certificate is necessary
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
