This Nursing Manager position allows you to leverage 3-5 years of experience in a health care management role to oversee a dedicated nursing team. You will collaborate directly with the Regional Director to implement operational benchmarks and enhance overall service delivery while managing metrics and guiding staff development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee client care and operational efficiencies

• Conduct orientation and training for new hires

• Utilize performance management for staff evaluations

• Collaborate in project and program implementation

• Complete monthly client satisfaction assessments

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (RN) designation required

• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in health care

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

• Strong written and communication skills

• Comfortable traveling within Scarborough
