Position: VHA Home HealthCare Foot Care Nurse

VHA is looking for a Registered Practical Nurse with Advanced Foot Care Certification to serve clients in the Central and Toronto Central regions. You will be responsible for delivering comprehensive foot care, enhancing clients' mobility and comfort while promoting health education. A valid Ontario driver’s license and a reliable vehicle are essential for this visiting nurse position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess clients' foot health and provide care plans

• Continuously evaluate client care interventions

• Document care activities and patient progress

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for optimal care

• Facilitate client education on foot care

Requirements:

• Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Advanced Foot Care Certification from a recognized institution

• Minimum of 100 hours experience as a Foot Care Nurse

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Reliable attendance and punctuality
